Shipping policy

All items are made at time of order and at least 5 working days are required to fulfill order. At the time of completion, the item will be processed for shipping either with USPS or UPS. All items will have a tracking number and insurance.

Return Policy

At Jem Custom Designs, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team
Provide your order number and reason for return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items
