Return Policy

Thank you for your order and I hope you enjoy your product. If the item has been damaged in shipping, please contact us for a replacement or a refund. No other reasons will be allowed for refunds. Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of receipt of item.

At Jem Custom Designs, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
